ECF structures low-risk ventures for high net worth accredited investors seeking superior yield on their investment capital and security for that capital. Investors are issued participating preferred stock and are paid from existing cash flow and future asset appreciation. Invested capital earns an annual dividend, paid quarterly, plus an appreciation “earnings kicker" (profit share) at the end of the investment period.

We are seeking a senior relationship with a capitalist who will help build an asset for the firm (Finance Department), and receive a guaranteed payout (stock and profits) based on how quickly and aggressively the individual generates investment capital. Please Note: We are not seeking a relationship with an employee/apprentice, seeking a 9-5 job and a “sustenance wage".

 

The compensation plan for the position has not been structured with an “employee" in mind. Rather, it is structured for a senior producer. We believe that everyone should, do what they do best, receive compensation and recognition IMMEDIATELY for the retail value of their contribution and not the wholesale value, as they likely have been compensated, in a job.
